Asked and
answered.

The things people ask before they book, answered the way we’d answer across the front desk.

Do you offer a free consultation?

No, and that’s on purpose. “Free” is how a lot of places get you in the door before the upsell. We’d rather earn your trust with the actual work. From your first visit you get a real evaluation and a real plan, and more than you expected for every dollar you spend here.

Do you take insurance?

No, by design. Insurance decides how many visits you get and which treatments are “allowed,” which limits your care to protect its bottom line. We answer to you, not an insurance company. Auto accident cases are treated on a lien, with nothing out of pocket up front. HSA/FSA welcome, and we can provide a superbill on request. How pricing works →

Does an adjustment hurt?

No. Most patients feel lighter and looser right away. Care is always tailored to you, including gentle options for pregnancy and seniors.

When in pregnancy can I start care?

Any trimester. Care is gentle and adapted as you change, first visit to final weeks, with positioning that keeps you comfortable and protects the belly. Dr. Armen is Webster certified through the ICPA, and you can verify that directly in the ICPA’s public directory.

Is the Webster Technique safe?

It was designed specifically for pregnancy: a gentle, precise approach to balancing the pelvis that uses low force. No twisting, no pressure on the belly. Read about it on our Webster page, or straight from the ICPA, the organization that grants the certification.

Do I need a referral?

No referral needed. You can book directly, today.

I was in a car accident. What will it cost me?

Nothing up front. We treat you on a lien and coordinate directly with your attorney, so you can focus on healing.

How soon can I be seen?

Most new patients are seen the same week, often within a day or two.

Will I have to keep coming forever?

No. You get a plan with a beginning, a middle, and an end. Maintenance afterward is your choice, not a trap.
